First time here and got myself a regular cod & chips. And I think the problem is me, because I've never loved any London fish & chips before.. and this isn't an exception. I must say it is very competent, but then again many famed outlets are too - but they never delighted. Anyhow, I am happy for the experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was ultra friendly and the moment I walked in welcomed me. They were so fast to make my food and boy was it good. I’m a huge foodie so of course I had to try to compare the haddock to the cod. Both were outstanding. We ordered the mushy peas on the side and boy was that perfectly salted! I loved their chips as well. All around such a good place. Food was fresh and everyone was wonderful.

I’ve visited this place 4 times, but the last time I went in for a takeaway meal wasn’t the best experience. When I first visited, I loved the retro theme, there’s plenty of seating, and the whole place seemed clean overall. But I’m not someone who likes to eat fish and chips inside; I usually prefer taking it outside or back home, so I went with takeaway. When ordering from the takeaway section, which is on the right as you enter, I placed my order and waited a bit since they usually cook everything fresh. While waiting, one of the staff started joking around with me, which honestly made me laugh and added to the experience, I didn’t mind the wait at all. After what felt like about 15 minutes, I got my food. Once I got home and dug in, it was amazing: the fish was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and tasted delicious. The chips were fresh and definitely not reheated or rubbery like some other places I’ve been to. It made me want to go back again, and I did, but a few issues popped up on my next visits. The second time I went in, everything was great again. The meal was just as delicious as the first time. But on my third visit, things slipped a bit: I ordered my meal along with some drinks, but they forgot to give me the drinks. I assumed they’d put them in the bag without me noticing, but it was also my fault for not checking, so that was a wasted £5 or so for two cans of Fanta. The fourth visit was a real disappointment. I was used to ordering, waiting around 15 minutes, and then heading home with fresh food. But this time, I got my order within just a couple of minutes, which instantly made me think it wasn’t freshly cooked. I had a bad feeling about it, and unfortunately, I was right. When I got home and started eating my cod and chips, it was honestly terrible. The fish was tough and rubbery on the inside, and the chips tasted stale, like everything had been sitting out for way too long. I couldn’t even get through half of it. I haven’t been back since, but I do plan to give them another chance because I really enjoyed my earlier meals. It was just upsetting because the person serving me recognized me as a returning customer, yet still gave me what felt like leftover food. I’m guessing she might have been nervous waiting for the chef to come back, as he didn’t seem to be there. Hopefully, next time I go, they’ll feel confident enough to tell me there might be a wait for fresh fish and chips, because I definitely can’t eat what I had last time again. Overall, it’s a great place with nice staff, and the fish and chips are delicious when they’re freshly made. But if they’re feeling rushed or under pressure, you might end up with stale food, so be aware and double-check to make sure you’re getting it fresh.

The impression that I left with about this place is how very clean it is! Even the 2nd floor that didn't have clients was as clean as the one that was full. This left a feeling of trust in me. Cleanliness is a priority when it comes to businesses that deal with food. On the other hand, the food was great. We had the cod fish and chips. Tasty and the portion was enough. The tartar sauce was the best. The menu has many options also from pasta, pizza, burgers, etc... All halal too. Service was great, very helpful. They even give candies as a compliment, which my children loved. I highly recommend this place.

The fish and chips were awesome. They make you feel at home when you enter. Really cool atmosphere. They have everything from breakfast, burgers, fish, and chips, and pizza. Wife had the Cod I had Haddock. The haddock has more flavor, but the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. . Services was superb. If we are ever back in London will do again.
